Using the Tool
What image formats are supported?
AI Mosaic Studio supports common image formats including JPEG, PNG, WEBP, and BMP. For the best results, we recommend using high-resolution images.
How many tile images can I upload?
You can upload as many tile images as you like. However, for performance reasons, we recommend using between 50 and 500 tiles for optimal results.
How long does it take to generate a mosaic?
The generation time depends on the size of your base image, the number of tiles, and your device's processing power. Typically, it takes between a few seconds and a minute. A progress bar is displayed during the process.
Can I download my mosaic?
Yes! Once your mosaic is generated, you can download it in PNG, JPG, or WEBP format, and you can choose between HD and 4K resolution.
What does the "Manual Body Part Mapping" feature do?
This advanced feature allows you to assign different tile sets to different regions of the base image (such as face, body, and background). This gives you fine-grained control over the final result.
Troubleshooting
Why is my mosaic not generating?
If the mosaic isn't generating, please check:
- That you have uploaded a base image
- That you have uploaded at least one tile image
- That your images are in a supported format
- That your browser is up to date

The tool is running slowly — what can I do?
